5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order to avoid delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and certain international locations. Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If you are located outside of the U.S., please check if we can deliver to your area during checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request photos of the damage and assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, or offer a replacement or refund.

These additional fees are not included in the product or shipping costs, and it is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for any applicable charges.
